Summary: The office staff was friendly. However, the cleaning staff was absolutely lazy, would walk around face timing while pretending to clean. There was trash all over the place, inside and outside. My son's bathroom flooded in his hotel room. My mother in law could not use her balcony due to it falling apart and being absolutely disgusting. We were all moved to the other tower. We appreciated the move!! The rooms were cleaner, still not to my standards, but better. There was mold and rust throughout all three rooms. The ocean view was the only great part of the hotel! My son said the restaurant had great food. With how dirty the rest of the hotel was, I wasn't risking eating at their restaurant. They did refund us some money for our troubles, still not worth the stay.
